Advance reservations

The full amount will be charged at the time of booking. If you have made an advance reservation, but are unable to show up at Svendborg Harbour, you must notify the harbor officer by phone (+4562233080) or email (havn@svendborg.dk) no later than 48 hours before check-in (at 12 :00 pm) on the first day of the stay.

This triggers a refund of the accommodation price, however, without the booking fee (DKK 330). If cancellation occurs after the 48 hours, then there is no refund and the full amount is lost.

Payments in the harbor (Payment after arrival)

In Svendborg Harbor, as well as in the island harbors, payment is made upon arrival, and therefore, there is no refund for purchases made in case of regret. If you have any questions regarding payments, please contact the harbor office in Svendborg Harbor.
