Advance reservations

The full amount will be charged at the time of booking. If you have made an advance reservation, but are unable to show up at Rungsted Harbour, you must notify the harbor master by phone (+4545868311) or email (info@rungsted-havn.dk) no later than 48 hours before arrival.

This triggers a refund of the accommodation price, however, without the booking fee (DKK 150). If cancellation occurs after the 48 hours, then there is no refund and the full amount is lost.

Payments in the harbor (Call or overnight stay

In Rungsted Harbour you pay per overnight stay and therefore there is no refund in case of canceled purchase.
